The blueberry flavor is pumped into your coffee. You'll need to buy blueberry flavoring to add yourself unless DD sells a flavored ground coffee.
I believe youre correct about thr syrups. The only coffee ive seen is 'plain'. There are other branded coffee syrups (torani) in grocery store but honestly NOTHING better than Dunkin!
