You need to speak to Bobby personally about what is going on. He works hard to remedy any situation, especially if his staff drops the ball so to speak.
Bobby is not the one I should be speaking with, it should be someone in a high place that's over him! I am not calling Bobby. He was the one in on the whole thing, trying to charge me 1000 dollars for a leak in my intake, when the leak was on top of the car. The man who I bought the car from fixed it for 30 bucks. I told him what happened and he said they are crooks and they will drain you of your money, just like Firestone and Pep Boys 💁#MY breaks are still screeching too, never going back!
