Came in here a few weeks ago for an oil change and was told I needed an appointment, staff was super rude and unprofessional. there was an elderly woman in a wheelchair that they refused to help as well.🤬🤬🤬 I went to another store and got it done without a problem or appointment.🤗 Came in a week or so later to this store for a flat tire, under warranty and road hazard and was told that they don't do flats unless you schedule the flat first🧐. Went to the other store and it was done quickly and right, and was told that plugging can in some instances void the road hazard and/or warranty. Came in yesterday for a flat, they didn't want to repair it, wanted me to come back when a manager was there, were super rude, said that the information on the back of your receipt is not a valid contract etc. Then as they are taking over an hour to put on a new tire want me to move my vehicle so they can take care of others, then another man complained about them doing opposite of what he requested and they were really rude to him as well.... Super bad service, customer service will bring the demons out in you. Please go somewhere... ANYWHERE else.

They never answered the phone. They were open and called several times. No one up front would help.

I called Walmart after getting my battery tested saying I needed a new one and asked if I could come in. They let me know that I could. I brought it in and they confirmed they knew it was me from the phone call, that I needed a battery, and directed me to pull in to a bay. I did and went to the customer waiting area where I waited and they switched my car to a new bay. I waited in total for over an hour before finally asking for a report. They let me know they had no idea what to do with my car or what I wanted (even tho we had discussed it via the phone and in person) that I hadn’t been entered into the waiting line and that I would now have to wait for the mechanics lunch break and the six cars in front of me (even tho I had already waited an hour). I went to auto zone just seven minutes away on Lavon drive and had a new battery in fifteen minutes. Use this location at your own risk and only if you want to accomplish nothing.

Monday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm. Sunday is 8 am to 6. Source I work in sporting goods next door and im over there a lot.
