That doesn’t surprise me with them as they are so discombobulated. I was there back in November ahead of time for my appointment. I checked in and the front receptionist admittedly acknowledged that she forgot to input me . Therefore, I literally was there for over 3-4 hours extra. She apologized profusely as did the physician’s assistant. When I had a scheduled surgery, I had more than one person calling me and giving me differentsurgery dates. Then, they cancelled and rescheduled. I had to take a COVID test twice because they switched the hospital where the procedure would be performed. The actual day of the procedure, I was there early in the morning to sign in and go through their registration. Well daybreak hits and all these patients who came in after me were taken into the back area for patient prep before me. I spoke up a few times at the front. I kept it professional. I am searching for another medical team. I say all this to mean it is not you. It is them.
Sorry about that I called early in the morning and got through with know problem. I had to reschedule and I called the Redlands number and they transferred me to the party I needed both for victorville and redlands.
