I have NEVER had a bad experience with any of the practitioners at Beaver. Their appointment desk, receptionists, and operators are friendly and efficient The Urgent Care is competent and have not experienced any unreasonable waiting. For appointments, lab test, etc. waiting has been so short that i don't even pull out my phone for texts. I have been to the Redlands, Banning, Beaumont, Highlands and Oasis and their referred facilities and have never had anything close to a bad experience. I have felt so confident and comfortable with Beaver that i have referred them to relatives and friends.

Do not enroll with Dr. Joumana Toumeh at the Redlands Main office. This women will cancel or change your appointment minutes before because she is “going out of town” or “sick” she never shows up to work. In the two years she has been my primary I have see her once. She should retire and make way for a physician who wants to work and help her patients. I have missed hours of work being jerked around my this lady. DO NOT enroll under her unless you want a ghost as your doctor, unreal!

I was previously with Beaver and after recently getting new insurance, I was planning on returning. After a 15 minute wait on the phone, I was then told it would be 5 months before I could be seen for an appointment. I'll pass.

They use Quest for there labs and Quest over charges on everything Everytime they do labs I receive a over inflated bill for services that my insurance does not cover. I switched to Loma Linda and went to there labs for the same thing and never have received a inflated bill Beaver medical and Quest are a big SCAM.
