Fires are allowed in fire pits. (In times of high fire danger they will impose no fires, but it is rare.) Bring your own wood or you can buy it at the park. Usually cheaper to buy it outside of park.
Yes, there are fire pits. Im not sure if there are seasonal restriction.
Fires are allowed, however as hot as it is there this time of year you may not want more heat at night.
