Is the water level very high right now where u can't wade in the edge with small kids?

I would say its safe in some spots seen some cow's in the water n the water level was about 2 feet

May not. I had been San Joaquin river last week, just few miles away the park. And level not high.

In my option it's not safe simply because the water is high right now.
