Yes. There is no one at front gate. There is an on your honor machine to pay in the back by bathrooms but since your walking and not parking I don't imagine you would need to pay. I would ask the park manager. Ohhh Correction I was thinking of McHenry park...there is someone at the front gate but yeah I would imagine they would let you walk in. I've seen people walk out imagining they were dropped off with air beds for water. Be careful walking through the trees big spider webs
