I was just there and forgot my medical card had expired. They told me I didn't need my card to buy there.
Yes you still need a 420 card. The new state law passed only pertains to a few cities in California where you may make purchases in clubs without a state issued medical marijuana card. The clubs in Vallejo did not make the cut.Berkeley is probably the closest city that did, although you should probably know that these clubs that do not require state mml are subject to extremely high sales taxes. No longer need medical id card, unless you're a medical patient, as opposed to a recreational user, the difference being price and tax,and in some places inventory. In Vallejo I know that Highway 29 accepts recreational users.Releaf alternative does not.
Yes
Yes you need a card
The taxes are insane. A state medical card cost round 200.00 but will probably be worth it against sales.tax.
Vallejo and many other cities have decided not to allow dispensaries to open for recreational sales. If you want to get a state issued card you must have a recommendation by a physician. The state card will prevent the sales tax and exempts you from future taxes, but just having a doctor's recommendation will actually prevent the additional 15-20% in taxes for recreational user when you go to a dispensary that sells recreationally
Yes, no recreational in Vallejo currently
