Why the motor opens the gate and keeps running and the remote is unable to close the gate

Might wanna check your limits. If the gate closes and once it reaches the end it reopens it might be because the closing limit is not adjusting properly.

I have same problem. I push to close. And it closes all the way then automatically opens without my command and gets stuck then beeps annoyingly for 5 minutes. I checked for any obstructions , i checked the chain and chain track aswell.
