Actually yes, at Miller Regional Park, they have permanent bbq pits. They also have a restroom but BEWARE, during the day men have sex in the restrooms.

This park is a new designated spot for homeless people. I was just there and got a creepy vibe about a couple people.. Must have been the bathroom thing..
