Anyone know how to get Best RV to respond regarding a warranty repair. We have had an open ticket of multiple failures since October 2018 and have not yet been given a date for the work on out Rockwood 2608BS?

I had the same problem problem with Best RV from September 2017 to March 2018 for my Forest River "Wildwood". I had to call Forest River and complain to them about how there authorized warranty dealer was not responding and it ended up getting resolved quite quickly after that phone call.
