I pruchased a $65,000 trailer and they showed me a aftermarket step with a hand rail on it that i needed for my wife to be able to get in and out of the trailer, after recieving the trailer the steps were included but the hand rail (the only reason i got the steps) was not included. after confirming that the sales rep had stated that the hand rail was included they still made me purchase the $200 hand rail on top of the $750 for the steps. they do not back the sales rep when they tell a customer what is included

I had a terrible experience with that same person. He should have been fired on the spot !!! They hammered a storage door and ruined it and now I have to take it somewhere for warranty repair work!!! I will not ever recommend to anyone that they go to Best RV to purchase anything, ever !!! I ended up having to get ahold of Winnebago in Indiana to get a table that was missing from our trailer. The owner of Best RV, Niles, never returned any of my communications. This was the worst buying experience of my life !!!!
Bought the RV there, am now having issues, and scheduling for service/warranty work has been nothing shy of a pain in the butt. Still haven't gotten it in to fix the slide leaks, shower leak, amd AC issues. Purchased less than 2 months ago.
The repair times are long based on my family's experience. I would look towards a local repair shop as they are really busy.

I had the same problem problem with Best RV from September 2017 to March 2018 for my Forest River "Wildwood". I had to call Forest River and complain to them about how there authorized warranty dealer was not responding and it ended up getting resolved quite quickly after that phone call.

I would seriously consider getting an rv from somewhere else. Read all the reviews. I will never get another rv from them
That place should have done that before you left the PARKING LOT. I DON'T Under stand.
The dealership has 20 days to submit registration for new trailers. Once its submitted it takes dmv a while to process them. Your plates and registration will be sent directly from DMV. You can call Best RV and talk to Melissa she can give you an answer of what date your paperwork was submitted to DMV. Until you receive it your temporary permit is good to take the vehicle on the road for 90 days.
You can look online at the makes and models they sell. As stated earlier I would not buy from them. If I had to do it all over again I wouldnt have. The sales dept. Is easy to deal with, but anything to do with service sucks. Service is extremely rude and unprofessional including the service manager. They are all about making a buck and no customer service. I would buy from another dealer if possible.
They probably do call to double check with size.
Best RV has the best prices on the west coast. Just make sure you understand everything about the trailer before you drive off. If you have a question after the sale they will never call you back. Call Naiel directly. He's the owner. Worth the drive for the price.
