I don't doubt that for a moment. Big Bear Lake and City fire Paramedics as well as the emergency staff at the hospital are all highly trained E.M.T. and Triage emergency staff. These are good people because I've had a few of my own medical emergency situations myself.
In an emergency situation they are able to delivery a baby and transfer you both down the hill but there is no labor and delivery or maternity ward.
NO BIG BEAR HAS NO PRENATAL CARE IN THE HOSPITAL!!
