There are two separate permanent bathroom structures, both close to the basin with boat slips. The portable bathrooms are down in the parking lot closest to the lake. Drive up the street a bit and you should see them. They are brick structures with both men's and women's sections and regularly cleaned.
There are only portable restrooms. There are only a few picnic tables, but they are not shaded or in a paved area. I do not recommend it for seniors. It's basically just a marina, trails, and a boat launch. It's also a quiet place to go fishing. Instead try Folsom Point, Beals point, or Rattlesnake Bar.
