Try a Mexican meat market like Los Montanitos, they serve chicharrones there and they will probably have pork skin already to use, I live near Kinders and never saw it there
Hey Melissa, I don't work at Kinders but if I were you, I'd go to a traditional meat market or perhaps a supermarket like Safeway, Raleys, or Luckys for a special request like that. I've been to Kinders many times and have never seen pork skins for cooking into fried rinds. Good luck! Jose
