i went on my lunch break (30 mins) just to order a side of fries. ONLY FRIES. i was told it was going to take 2-5 mins. i end up waiting 20 whole minutes before i decided to leave just for some FRIES. even the people who ordered after me got their food and left. i wasted basically my entire lunch for SOME FRIES!!!!!! do not eat here. poor organization and time management.

I love their seasoning and bbq sauce and was completely caught off guard when I saw they had a Deli restaurant too. Had the tri tip sandwich and was delicious. Will definitely swing by 1 of their locations again soon to try more of their menu.

Never Again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. I called ahead for 3 sandwiches and was told 45 minute wait. Fine. NOT FINE. After driving there and going in on time, the guy at the counter looked and said 6 people ahead of me and had no clue when it would be ready. So I went back to my car to wait. After about 3 songs, I went back in. 1. The order was wrong, 2. The order was cold, I was upcharged as a result of the error. There's no point in calling and I'm too angry to speak with a manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT THE HERCULES KINDERS. Go to Martinez or Concord...anywhere else.
