The mall is open to the public. Many stores were open but I failed to check in GameStop was open for business. If anything, give them a call. If it's closed and you have an account, log in to the website to see about available locations for pickup. You can also opt in for delivery to you. My partner was waiting for FF7 from the same location and decided to have it delivered.
