It was a very easy process. The staff there are busy but very friendly and helpful. We went on a Saturday afternoon for their open adoption day. We were able to find a new fur baby and apply/get approved on the same day. There is an adoption fee but with all the help and support including vaccinations and training, the fee is totally worth it!
You would have to go to their open adoption dates. Get into their Facebook page to find out when they will be holding the next one. They are overwhelmed with adoptions and the process right now.
