Say there open at 10:00 went at 11:00 still no answer
Why don't they answer the phone??

They don't take walk ins. You'll need to call and schedule an appointment

Did you make an appointment? Not sure wonder if they're closed certain days, i went a couple of weeks ago and they were open.
