Yeah that's probably a good strategy, think like the sales manager where is he going to put priority on call answering and who is most likely to give you the information you need in that list of priority like during the pandemic holidays WAS curbside. Because they hadn't set the check-in to work online yet. it was the heyday of the rush for pandemic spurred curbside pickup contactless whatever. Walmart, which always has bad phone game, never get ahold of anyone at any location, was even answering for curbside
It's not easy i went through a similar thing trying to do a delivery there all i can say is i kept trying different departments till someone got me the answers i needed sorry not to much help but they are not good at answering calls
