That frustrating, I would have sought more clarity since a lot of folks give bare minimum service these days. I have had the best experience at Break Masters and I know they would have gone out of their way to help with what you're looking for. I wonder if you were at the oil stop right next to KFC? They're really close and could easily be confused also, not to mention all the car dealerships to add to the confusion. Give them a call I promise they are great !
