Really depends on what you order because they have pre-made food that may contain salt. Ask them about low sodium items. Also, a plant based lifestyle is a better way to go.

They are nice people so will accommodate you if they are able. As to more condiments, sounds like a wonderful suggestion.

You can ask for no salt in a dish and see if they can do it. Lemon juice is a good seasoning for many foods.

I wish. I'm on a zero salt regime and there are only a couple of options. Salad with oil and vinegar, and carrot juice are good.

This is a restaurant, so they will use salt to season. If you want something low sodium, just ask for it. Or, order a salad
