Why do we have to pay for parking. The another St Luke’s, children mercy and another hospital don’t have to pay for parking Truman don’t have pay for parking. Something neeed to done about your parking. You have got to much money in this lifetime.

University of Kansas Medical Center owns the garages and the fees they collect from parking turn around and go right back into maintenance of the garages and parking lots.

It has to do with KU being a state entity. They do not actually own the garages (I asked once while there).
