Doesn't seem to be. They have a location in Gulfport, MS, though. One of the best places in NOLA.

Felix's Fish Camp in Mobile (on the Causeway between Mobile and Spanish Fort) is a Mobile-owned restaurant owned by the Paniyoutou (sic?) family.
