Please help I have a picture of American Eagle which has been stitch onto black fabric. Eagle is Stitchery in gold has 9 stars above the head. Eagle feet is holding onto a ribbon with POE 16 on it. Looks to have stamped in white letters: J.M.5M

You could send a picture of it to army or navy division in Washington for identification ofthat is what you desire.
