At our PO, there's one lady on staff sometimes, so they lock up while they go on break. It stinks for anyone that picks that moment to mail or call, though.

I have literally called Broadmoor PO every day (4x day) since Feb 1st and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! Doesn't matter time of day. When u call 800# it always says over 1 hour wait time on phone! I emailed my phone# on form, no one responds! WTF?
