Safety recalls are free. If there are other service bulletins on your vehicle they would only be covered under warranty. Emission warranty on all vehicles is 10 years or 100,000 mile if i remember correctly. I strongly suggest you ask about all service bulletins because i have seen people spend quite alot trying to fix issues without knowing there was a better fix offered by Ford.

Yes just take it in. Also have the brake switch checked on the master cylinder. My 04 caught fire a week before xmas. There is a recall on it.

Well if there is a recall you shouldn't have to pay for it. I can tell you that I bought my car there and AJ was great I wouldn't doubt the legitimacy of them. I would just call and see what they have to say.

Call Ford. If you registered the vehicle then they will notify you of any recalss
