This place was the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. The amount of time wasted while he “checked the inventory” at the front desk was ridiculous. Every truck shown was what we said we did not want. We wanted to do a trade in on a $50,000 truck, yet the sales man did everything he could to not tell us the value of the trade in nor the price of the trucks being shown. His response was “I’m not sure. But, I told them when checking inventory to not go a penny higher than the value of the trade in.” How do you not know the price of the trucks you are showing? Especially if we are doing a trade in which you would NEED to know the price of both to ensure you are not going over. He said “This is what most places do and once you settle on a vehicle we review the prices.” I have been to so many dealerships and purchased more than one vehicle and this has NEVER been the case. Once I wasn’t happy and told my boyfriend we need prices because this is absurd he said “If the lady wants numbers we can review these!” He then offered $31,000 on our truck for the trade in value but crossed it out and said “i’ll do $32,000” as if that would sway us. I understand the value of vehicles depreciate, but the offers at other places were $10,000 higher. This place is so unprofessional and will do anything to withhold information that would cause them to not be able to adjust prices so they can make more money. I would NEVER recommend this place and am SO happy we went somewhere else that valued our needs and offered pristine service.

Safety recalls are free. If there are other service bulletins on your vehicle they would only be covered under warranty. Emission warranty on all vehicles is 10 years or 100,000 mile if i remember correctly. I strongly suggest you ask about all service bulletins because i have seen people spend quite alot trying to fix issues without knowing there was a better fix offered by Ford.
They sent me a envelope saying I won a prize call the number did that they asked for the claim number and zip code gave that so they give days to come claim your prize I went to the dealership talk to guy he start asking questions about my car told him don't need a car he filling out a form me what's that for he tells me to claim your prize it said I won a cash prize but the guy fakes me out and said I didn't I said well it says scratch and win he tells me the claim number was the number they used to see if you won I said no that ain't what it said it said scratch and win so he goes to tell me to read the fine print at the bottom I said I did and it said nothing about the claim number was what the went off of to claim your prize so I asked for my envelope Bach he said I couldn't have it back I said ok I took a picture of it anyway and left you all send people that stuff saying they won when y'all just try and get folk to buy car I'm going to call for action.
Its a rip off they say you won just to get you in to buy a car It said I won a cash prize but get there and and the guy said I didn't I told him it said scratch and win I'm goin to call fox for news cause it's a rip off
