I did not own property in my old state of Oklahoma. Have called multiple county agencies and they have no clue what a statement of non asessmant is. Help! I have to get my car tagged!

It's called a tax waiver. And your current county courthouse should be able to help you with that.

You have to go to the courthouse and get a document.. saying you didn't own a car..
