I had to bury the line myself, one month later after the installed it ,they came back to burry it. They quoted me an amount then turned n doubled it each month from the first it was installed. Then when I called they were rude and shut my service off. Very manipulative and , unprofessional,rude, and deceiving

We just relocated to the area from Florida and this internet is better than the provider we had. Our internet is fast, reliable, doesn't go in and out. Since we have had this service we have not had 1 issue! We highly recommend!

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The worst internet and customer service I've ever dealt with. How is this still a company in business? It's been 3 months of internet coming in and out on a daily basis. We have had ' appointments' with techs, some show some don't. Talking with reps who say they'll bring it to their supervisor and have had no resolution. They have told us they'd credit our account but then bill us anyways. It's been a nightmare. We've had Mediacom at this residence for a couple years and didn't have these issues, and all of a sudden this daily in and out, usually only have service for 30min and then out for hours. So obviously something is wrong on their end, they've told us and say they'll fix it. Absolutely infuriating.

Very poor service. The internet constantly cuts out, they reduce our speeds without reason, charge insane prices. When you call to get help its an automated machine that takes forever to let you speak with a person. I am sick of the poor service.
