Personally I wouldn't. The tag has your license number on it and it might not match. Also good luck getting it off in one piece.
You should call the office in lenexa , I think it's off of 78 th just west of 7 highway . I'm sure that they will be able to answer any questions that you might have . You can Google it for directions and pictures of the place .
