No you might have to wait a few minutes to order if they are busy but you order, get a number, sit down, and have your food brought out to you (assuming you are dining in) and usually it's not a very long wait. Be patient, you can use the app.
You do not need reservations. However, ordering in advance through the app is a great time saver.
