During my time there, I've seen them cater to a few events. Even some events I've done a Color Guard for. The best thing for you to do would be to call up there, get in touch with one of the Culinary Arts instructors and ask the question. You'll get a much more direct and reliable answer.
Yes. I think so. They use to cater when i went, so i dont know if they do anymore.
