We were told by the manager "No pets".
First of all the place is old but under new management that replaced all the carpet with laminate floors brought in new furniture and painted fresh all the walls so I wouldn't call it "run down". As for the pets make sure you call before to avoid any surprises.
That place is so run down they prolly do not care what u bring in there. Do not recommend
Honestly didnt come to a situation where I needed to know about pets. But if I were you I'd definately call and ask.
