Positive: Location is good. Very disappointed with cracked floor on the balcony, you had a feeling of falling through. Bad walls room paint repair. Construction in the building basement digging in concrete making huge noise, all day long. No breakfast included! Negative: No breakfast included in the price! Unprofessional staff. Huge noise all day long as construction in the basement was performed while pick time vacation, without notice. Spiders in the room. Ugly paint repair on walls in the room.

Positive: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful- mostly. Cleaning staff were excellent! Negative: Room was older than expected, elevator broke down (but was fixed), very few trolley carts available for luggage. Pool area was not clean. The hotel was not horrible or anything, I just felt that it was overly priced for the condition it is in.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The housekeeping staff was very thorough and polite. I appreciate the No Smoking policy even on balconies. We like to keep the balcony door open to enjoy the ocean sounds and loved not having to smell weed and tobacco smoke in our room. I would totally stay here again.

Incredible staff, views, and proximity to the best of Virginia Beach oceanfront! Having stayed here for almost 3 months on business, I must say that this hotel has been better than I ever could have deserved or dreamed. The staff is top notch, friendly, and constantly willing/able to fully focus on their customers despite being inundated with tasks at any given moment. Excellent service. To boot, the views are idyllic (sunrises <3 ) and some of the best spots for food and drinks in VB are less than 1/4 mi away (CP Shuckers, Doc Taylor’s, LunaSea, The Bunker, Harpoon Larry’s, etc.) Huge shout out to Jennifer, Parth, Brisa, Brenda, and Julie!! Thank you thank you! You’ve been so great to me!
