I've called several times over the past week to make an appt to get car in for repairs. There is no answer and their VM isn't set up. Are they still in business or just not answering their phone?

Yes they are still in business. The phone is constantly ringing and they don't have call waiting. Best bet is to maybe go in. But they do book up fast. Last time I checked they were a month out for appointments.
