Yes. Towards the afternoon it tends to get very busy infact you have to wait a while just to get your race. In my personal exeprinece in going around this time you have to wait about an hour for a race if it is 2+ people. If it is just you then they maybe able to squeeze you in earlier. Hope this helps.
