Whoever the heck it is needs to be FIRED & REPLACED IMMEDIATELY! Condition of goods and store utterly despicable! Outright disgusting! Seen numerous Walmarts in USA and this was by far most hideous!
Its not the manager so much as the publics general attitude. I saw kids pull clothing off a rack while "mom' watched, yaking on her phone. Then, she proceeded to shove her cart over clothing and trash that was laying in the aisle. Ive witnessed things like this in many Wallymarts.

Not sure but all managers are pictured when you enter the store...So if you ask upon arrival I am sure they could assist you at the store
