Well, when I was there that day, I couldn't get a cart either. I kept dropping my items because I couldn't carry them all in my arms. I finally came across a tub and put my stuff in there to continue shopping. I left it at check out.
People are lazy unfortunately. But due to covid fears it is rare if I ever get a cart unless my baby is with. But usually I see a few in front but this is in the entrance near the Saab dealer
They just don't care I shop at the one in Homewood much better
A lot of the costomers walk away with them and leave them behind walmart, over by around the clock, or infront of the shark's. Walmart employees are not required to fetch those. Only the ones in the parking lot. Also... This walmart is packed all the time especially between 10am-3pm . At that time people are supposed to wait in line but instead just walk in. They don't have carts for people who are supposed to be waiting. If you go while it's bzy expect it to be low on carts. They have plenty.
