I don't know. They are always nice to me. Whenever I treat people with respect, they are polite with me. Try a big smile next time.
She shouldn't have done that. She is in service business. At end of the day we are all humans and sometimes we have bad days. I would have thanked her and wished her a better day without whatever made her upset. (With a smile 😃)
