Ramanos is hands down the best place to eat in the inland empire...truly one of my fav spots..great food, cold drinks, great environment, great staff.
Been going to all the locations for years. I have watched a large turnover in employees over the years and I know most of the management staff. I just don't feel they are what they were a few years ago. Sad
I went there for dinner on Superbowl Sunday, 2018. The upstairs was closed and downstairs was sparsely populated except for the bar. Their regular kitchen staff were off, as they weren't expecting many customers. The menu was limited, and the pasta sauce was as you describe: watery and seemingly from a can. I expect this only happens on unusual occasions when their second string kitchen staff has to step in. Out of over a dozen visits, that's the only disappointing meal I've had there.
I agree with everyone else's answer. Give them a chance to make the wrong, right.
Their food has always been good, but mix-ups do happen. I would definitely let them know and give them the chance to correct the situation.
I hope you requested a new Lasagna and gave them a chance to correct it. I haven't experienced what you just stated.
