quick review: Bar is awesome! Food is good but (my thoughts) over priced a bit. - good atmosphere . Great looking restaurant .

This place looks nice, but I just don't love the service. On several occasions I've had a waitress that had attitude toward the busing staff, because I asked their opinion on the menu. The same waitress argued with me when she brought the wrong order. Not a great way to get a tip. I don't think this second point is true for all bartenders here, but the last bartender was the pits. He didn't know how to make soda and bitters, and he was really challenged when my friend ordered the spicy margarita off their menu.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out very quickly and was amazing. Flavors I had never experienced before. All around great ambiance and experience.

So sad to say that this place used to be one of my favorite places to go in Redlands. Unfortunately, it seems their management and/or owners have absconded, and left the place to a bunch of staff members who don’t care if the whole place goes up in flames. I don’t think I’ve seen a more poorly run establishment. And now that their food quality has gone down, as well, this review seemed long overdue. We waited about two hours for our entrees to arrive, with no updates from our waitress. We finally asked her if perhaps they had forgotten about us, and she seemed offended and told us that there were some delays due to a large party. Didn’t seem to care at all that we’d been waiting patiently for so long. She didn’t even offer to take something off our bill or give us a complimentary dessert (I’m not someone who tries or expects to get free stuff, but this was an exceptional situation where any well-run place would’ve done something nice to inspire us to return). Finally our food arrived, and it wasn’t even good. The pasta dish was so oily I couldn’t eat much of it. And the prices for this place are out of this world- I’ve gone to nicer restaurants on the coast for less money, with exceptionally better service. If you want to charge high prices, in the inland empire, you really need to have exceptional service and high quality dishes. Don’t waste your time and money here. We won’t be back.

We walked in. I believe they take reservations. This little jewel is absolutely a delight to experience. We have since moved from the area but I will happily drive a few hours to enjoy this place again

They don't have an event hall. My guess is that you would have to rent the entire restaurant out which I'm not sure they do that
