Petco has dogs & cats but they belong to the animal shelters they have partnered with
Petco doesn't make it a practice to sell puppies. It's actually against their policy. Just cats, birds, hamsters and sometimes mice. A really great idea is to adopt a puppy from a rescue shelter !! You are guaranteed they are not sick and they go through a variety of socialization testing to see how they listen alone, interact with small children as well as groups of people ! It has become quite better than the old shelter days of neglect and poor administration. Plus, you will be saving a life !! That is the best reward !! Take your time and look around at a few different rescue shelters in and around your area. It will pay off and you will find the puppy that is meant to be your best-friend !!
No they ONLY have cats that are available for adoption and YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION....
You can visit their website to see when they carry puppies in the store. As of right now, they dont.
