It is not necessary a marketing graduate to have cordiality, the client is not to blame that the person at the end selected a poorly paid job. I have had badly paid jobs but I do not intend on clients to drain my frustration or that at that moment it is what resolved me and in the end I am not satisfied. The client is external, it does not have to be part of the conflict that may exist within a company.
Being kind is not related to educational level.
