Good question. IMHO, management has no interest in having efficiency. They rather have an extension of their living room where they can relax and chatter without any stress. They bring the inefficient working ethic of their native countries and, because there are no consequences to their behaviour their complacent attitude is encouraged to have no respect or care for the customers. As I have heard them saying "It is the same pay rate for fast or slow performance so why rush" 😡😡😡😡
