No you won't get a ticket. You can park on the adjacent stree. We parked there with no problem.

There's very few parking spaces. It's almost impossible to access. If you park on the street, you will get ticketed — they patrol specifically the area to do so. There are a few dirt patches down the road ten minutes or so, but again, these are very few and will be full.
Effective 4/17/21, CHP began enforcing no street parking with the issuance of warning tickets. In June, they will begin enforcement. Seems ride share apps will be best bet.
You have to park on the street. It's the only way. A ton of people do the same thing due to limited parking. Just make sure your not blocking anyone's drive way and your good.
