There is a public parking lot next door to Moxi at the train station. All SB city psrking lots are first 75 minutes free, $1.50/hr after.
We parked at the train station and it was like $7 and we were there almost all day! Walked maybe 1 block over the train tracks (that's the ONLY thing separating the train station from Moxi) and we were at the front door!!! Enjoy the visit, we sure did!!!
I park at the train station or along the street. It's more difficult to find free parking along the street though.

You can pay to park at the train station next door. I don't know of any free parking nearby.
