Karen, their signature dish is a fish or seafood stew, moqueca. I've had it in Brazil at a seaside resort and this was better :) But if they removed the fish it would still be a delicious coconut milk and tomato, cilantro and onion soup over rice. Potentially vegan!
I'm sure you could request that there will no meat added to your food. I just don't know if it will taste the same.
