Don't listen to this Ben guy, I think the owner might know a little bit more about the prices at his own store. However, you can't go wrong with Doug's, hands down best gun store in Salt Lake regardless of what you are buying.
The ammunition is going to vary on the amount brand and caliber that you are looking for. Average cost for 9mm is about 15.99 for 50 rounds. 223 is going to be about 6.99 for 20 rounds.
